点评:We booked four different trips with Joy Feuanglorkham from the Vientiane office and transfered 50% of the money. After that I heard nothing anymore, trying to contact Joy over several weeks. Then I received a reply from a Mr. Phetaloun Poumsouvanh that he is now in charge since Joy left the company. But also he stopped communicating after a while. Then a Mr. Ton Inthavong contacted me, saying he is the Account Receivable Supervisor. After I asked him to send me a confirmation, he also stopped communicating. Many E-Mails, many WhatsApp messages and just ringing telephone calls later, I have come to the conclusion that they just took my money. Last message from me was that I will report them to the Laos Tourist Police and that I will post this review on TripAdvisor.
So sad, since we love Laos and the people there. But I guess, every country has it's wrotten apples.
