Disappointing First Spa Experience
Aqua Sana Longford Forest的点评
点评：My husband and I visited Aqua Sana Longford Forest on December 20th, 2024, as a special birthday treat and our first-ever spa experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be far from the relaxing and luxurious day we expected, especially considering the €238 price tag.
Throughout our visit, we felt continuously harassed and watched by a specific staff member, Annalise. She repeatedly followed us into areas where we were alone, pretending to carry out tasks. It was very obvious that her actions were unnecessary and intrusive, as she would show up again shortly after we moved to a different area. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and ruined any chance of relaxation.
The situation escalated to the point where we felt so uneasy that we decided to cut our visit short and leave early. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had high hopes for the day.
When I raised my concerns with the management, their response was dismissive and offered no meaningful resolution. They claimed it was likely a coincidence due to "routine checks," but this explanation fails to acknowledge the specific and targeted nature of our experience.
I would not recommend Aqua Sana Longford Forest to anyone looking for a genuinely relaxing spa day. For the price paid, I expected far better service and professionalism. Instead, we were left feeling upset and uncomfortable on what should have been a memorable and special occasion.
Also the whole place is cashless, but when we booked there was nothing to say that, not were there signs around to mention this either 🤷🏻♀️
