Cafe - very embarrassing experience

点评：Had such a embarrassing terrible experience infront of my aunt & cousin. We had such a lovely welcome at reception but unfortunately it turned into a horrible time in the cafe. I got a cocktail with my cousin and the cocktail wasn't made properly I asked if I could get a proper one and instead of making one she handed me mint leafs in a silver coup and I had to make it myself and never apologised. After that we were handed water down soup. When we told the staff the attitude was terrible the way she spoke to us was shocking. She said she would get a manager and instead went to the kitchen where the rest of the staff came out to look at us. The manager himself was so unprofessional he did apologise but went on to say its all a learning experience. The woman infront of alot of guests told us that we didn't have enough money on our cards which was so embarrassing because we did in fact pay. It was overall a very horrible experience for myself and my family. They are ragin with how unprofessional and attitude they recieved today. Spa is nice but the cafe needs alot of social/ people skills.
