点评：I was staying in Centre Parcs and humming and hawing if I should treat myself to a treatment while there as it was an added expense. But I decided to book in for tranquility scalp massage as I had never had one before. I booked last minute and arrived 15 mins before treatment as stated when booking. I arrived and the receptionist was on the phone and I had to wait 10 minutes before being seen. Staff came looked at me and went "we'll be with you in a minute" would have reassured me that I wouldn't be late for treatment. The receptionist booked me and took me to the changing rooms. We passed a number of robs etc but she never told me if I could avail of them and just directed me to the treatment area. I tried to put my watch and phone in lockers but they wouldn't work and was unsure if I was entitled to rob so went to the treatment room in full clothes. I regretted this immediately as it was extremely warm due to everyone being in a rob. I felt very awkward and out of place. I then went for the treatment which stated it was 25 mins for 70 euro! The treatment was nice but didn't last more than 20mins. At this price I expected to at least get the full 25mins. I wanted to get out as fast as I could as I felt so uncomfortable.
