Good activities, terrible business group booking experience
Supercharged Entertainment的点评
点评：We booked Supercharged Wrentham for our company’s annual staff party after months of planning, and while the activities themselves were fun, the logistics and group coordination were a complete disaster.
Nobody at check-in could find our reservation, attractions we reserved months in advance weren’t properly set up, staff gifts for our employees were never displayed as discussed, and the restaurant billing process was incredibly disorganized despite everything being prepaid ahead of time. I spent a large portion of the night fixing issues with staff instead of actually enjoying time with my team during our once-a-year company event.
We were also told an event manager would be onsite for our group, but there was no manager available all night, and the staff seemed completely unprepared to handle a corporate booking. To top it off, we missed a separate reservation later that night because of how long it took to sort out billing issues.
If you’re considering Supercharged for a corporate event, staff outing, or large group booking, I would strongly recommend getting every single detail in writing and lowering expectations for actual event coordination.
