A fabulous distillery to visit.
Lagg Distillery的点评
点评：Probably the loveliest distillery we've ever visited, and we've visited many.
First the Building. It's location is fabulous, with well maintained grounds which are planted with apple trees, and lovely views over to Ailsa Craig in the south and Kintyre and Sanda to the west. The building itself is quite stunning and highly energy efficient. We visited on a dreich day, but the views were still enjoyable.
Next the staff. We chatted first with the personable chap in the whisky bar, who served us delicious coffee and cake and answered all of our questions on the distillery and its whiskies.
Next we chatted with the friendly manager of the visitor centre, and could have chatted with him for hours, his enthusiasm for the venue and Arran is so infectious.
If you are visiting Arran, make sure you visit the lovely Lagg Distillery. You'll be glad you did.
