点评:Don't be put off by the lack of signs or obvious entrance. Not only are the public allowed in, but they offer free tours with Engagement Officers who are primed with interesting facts about the building and eager to enhance your visit. We were expecting to just pop in for a quick look at the inside, but we were greeted by Shay who was so engaging that we stayed much longer. He showed us lots of interesting features of the building and explained the symbolism used by the architect. He also explained about Welsh government and what's going on (in a non-political way). He was fluent in Welsh (I wish I'd revised my Welsh phrase book so I could have tried out a few phrases) and very knowledgeable - he could answer all our questions. He made it a very interesting and enjoyable visit and one of the highlights of our visit to Cardiff. There's also a cafe and toilets for public use . Be prepared for airport style security at the entrance - you'll need to put your bag through a scanner and take your belt off if you're wearing one. The scissors from my friend's first aid kit were confiscated, but returned when we left.
