Didn't make it through the door but follow up customer service is poor.

点评：Very disappointing. Went through the booking process to book a session for my wife's birthday with our adult children. Did notice the Challenge 25 policy but thought we'd be fine as they were with parents (they're allowed to enter a supermarket or pub for example, especially if with parents). The logical thinking was that Challenge 25 but be to prevent underage people accessing the bar but we were frustrated to find that this was even to enter the building.
Having looked around the website, I did eventually find a sentence about the venue being over18s but this was not obvious. The booking link is at the top of the web page and does not prompt the entry rules at any point. Be aware if booking.
Although this is our mistake for not bring their IDs, the customer service was disappointing as a refund for the booking (as well as a disappointed birthday wife) was not forthcoming.
Photos included of the homepage not highlighting that Challenge 25 prohibits entry to the actual building.
