点评：I travelled as a foot passenger on Stena Livia from Travemunde to Liepaja.
Using the hourly double deck Deutsche Bahn electric train from Lubeck to Travemunde Strand, i enjoyed a bakery snack vefore catching the number 40 articulated bus back to the Stena Line checkin building. Bus route 30 also travels to this stop.
Checkin was very quick.
Before its scheduled 1415 hours trip, I boarded the shuttle bus to the ship where a staff member carried my case up to Deck 6 as the lift only went from 3 to 5. There were no other foot passengers.
The sole use two berth cabin was clean and in excellent conditon.
The 22 hour journey on the Baltic Sea was very smooth.
I slept extremely well on the single berth.
No soap or shampoo was provided. Nor was there free drinking water. However the towels were in good condition. The shower worked well.
The lounge area seats fewer than 100 but as we only had 67 making the voyage, mostly truck drivers, this was not a problem.
Temperature inside was kept comfortably warm.
The dining area, bar and shop opened at separate, defined times.
Thanks to Stena Line's WiFi, I could make international calls via WhatsApp.
We departed Travemunde 15 minutes early, arriving Liepaja 38 early.
