Oistins Fish Fry的点评
点评：Ok, let’s put some context to what Oistins is and isn’t.
By day it’s a fish market / with food shacks serving food till late.
Friday Night - everyone on the Island descends on this place.
It turns into a flee market where you can buy some nice things but also lots of tat!
The food shacks are all competing for your custom. This isn’t a relaxing experience.
We went to baba delights and seems not the only person on here to be over charged / ripped off.
We had a fish dish that was supposed to come with salad + coleslaw: and a choice of fries / potatoes or rice, it only came with the choice of fries we ordered missing the salad and coleslaw. This was priced at $50 bbd.
Macaroni pie was macaroni with cheese lukewarm $15 bbd.
Plantain $15 bbd - which was good.
We wanted lobster tail only as what we could see on the menu was a lobster tail platter at $150 bbd. We requested just a lobster tail without everything else (as we already ordered a platter) which they said they could do.
2 Caribs (beers)
1 strawberry daiquiri - with no alcohol in it, worked in bars long enough to know and apple juice.
Total $250 bbd for 2 adults and a child.
Bill came with no prices written just items (no surprise there, just surprise for the customer).
I was reluctant to go, but went due to the hype. If I went back to Barbados: never again. Done the experience, but it genuinely is a tourist trap with overpriced and overcooked food that when served is just lukewarm.
P.S if you do go and want to get back to your hotel, take the Reggae Bus or Govt Buses. The taxis also try and swindle you!

通心粉芝士派里的通心粉和芝士都是温的，价格为15巴巴多斯元。
大蕉也是15巴巴多斯元——味道不错。
我们本只想点龙虾尾，因为菜单上显示的只有定价为150巴巴多斯元的龙虾尾拼盘。我们只点了龙虾尾，不要其他任何配菜（因为我们已经点了一份拼盘），他们表示可以满足我们的要求。
两杯加勒比啤酒。
一杯草莓代基里——其实不含酒精，我在酒吧工作多年，知道这种饮品其实就是用苹果汁调制的罢了。
两位成人加一个儿童的消费总额是250巴巴多斯元。
账单上只列出了菜品名称，没有标注任何价格（这倒不意外，只是让顾客感到困惑罢了）。
原本我并不想去，只是因为听说那里很热闹才去的。如果以后再去巴巴多斯：绝对不会再去了。这次体验已经足够了。不过这里真的就是个旅游陷阱：食物价格昂贵且煮得过头，上桌时还只是温热的。
附言：如果你真的去了，想回到酒店的话，可以乘坐雷鬼巴士或政府巴士。出租车司机也总会想坑骗游客哦！
