点评:Overall a very nice collection with some stunning examples of the best of pre-war motoring. High quality restorations (although Boy, Cussler did like his colors), and really well cultivated. The book tie-ins did not mean much, but I'll try a novel or two. The frustration - which some high end car museums have recognized and designed around! - is display choice (often but not always) affording very limited access. How much do you get out of design by looking a grille and 3/4 view down the side? Interior, what interior? Stop it! I didn't knock off a rating point because in this instance I suspect space is the culprit more than anything else, but if that's the case and you have such a fine collection of early iron, then lose some of the 50s stuff that we've seen 18 times before to make room. Or we can all buy books and his heirs can add a 3rd building perhaps. I shouldn't carp but so many times I just felt frustration :( Kvetch aside, this is definitely worth a stop, check hours (limited days)
