点评：The ferry from Ceiba to Vieques is the only way to get by public boat to Vieques. The price is right, $2 per person. When I booked, I added another $1 for luggage but they never checked so don’t pay for luggage.
Both my ferries left on schedule and took about 45 minutes for the crossing.
The ferry itself is OK. You cannot go outside and the AC makes it cold. Bring a sweatshirt to put on once you enter the ferry if you get cold in blasting AC. The worst thing is you cannot see out the windows from the seats! If you want to watch the journey you have to stand up. The loading process is VERY controlled and the unloading process is chaos.
Touts and taxi’s will greet you at either end of this journey if you don’t already have reservations.
