点评：I always try to find at least one positive in a review but as far as Kiki’s goes there is, sadly nothing constructive to say.
The bar is on the upper levels with lots of nooks & crannies and gives off a dirty and dark vibe throughout.
The male member of bar staff was, perhaps the rudest and most disinterested individual I have ever encountered, in a customer serving role.
Without stopping chatting to his friend he poured me a beer which was not only flat but less than 1/2 a pint. I politely pointed this out to him. His attitude made you think the cost was coming out of his pocket. He proceeded to bad mouth me to his gaggle of friends. As I had an Icelandic partner I had picked up a few fair phrases and was able to respond in his native language. He did looked surprised, especially when I suggested customer service might not be for him.
I quickly downed my tepid, and of course being Iceland expensive beer, but not before witnessing a fight between a group of very drunken females.
I believe the bar may have changed hands since my visit so fingers crossed it is more welcoming and the beer has improved.
