点评：Only come to Ark Bowl & BBQ if you want the best night of your life. A month later and I'm still thinking about my meal. Someone wrap that bar tender in seaweed, douse her in some snail mucus moisturizer, make a deal with the devil, whatever you need to do to make sure that the bar tender and chef here never leave and never die. They are the f*cking gems of the Catskills.
My two siblings, their partners, and my partner were staying in Margaretville for a few days on our annual siblings trip. We had heard that Ark Bowl and BBQ had good food, but we had absolutely no idea how good. We started with the Pork Nachos, then ate several sandwiches, the jerk chicken over coconut rice, we were so insanely full but wanted to try EVERYTHING. We got the scallop ceviche, in a bowling alley. Read that again and really understand what I'm saying here. The food was absolutely to die for. Then we had the most amazing pound cake for dessert. The chef also made two panna cottas. And while the food was next level, the drinks were SUPERB. The bar tender could be working at a fancy bar in Manhattan. She was smoking her own citrus for garnish. Making her own margarita mixes. She knew exactly how to make the most amazing espresso martini (with tequila IYKYK). One of the best old fashions of my life. I think the most expensive drink we got was $11.
This place is a gem. It is worth every penny. The staff is incredible. The owner is so sweet. The vintage lanes are so much fun. Bring you family. Get married here. Go to their theme nights. Just get your ass to Ark Bowl and BBQ any way you can.
