点评：The Hofgarten in Bayreuth is a fabulous English style park with winding paths and precious trees. These are varied insofar as there one can find lime trees, willows, poplars, alders and oaks, among other species. In the center there is a beautiful canal making a sharp turn to the right before reaching the end of the garden. In the middle of that canal there are four islands, some of them with small sculptures, one in the center and four on the borders, respectively equidistant from each other.
The statues standing in the park are stunning. Among them, one representing Juno and another one representing Apollo are outstanding. Apart from that, the parterres, pergolas and hedge gardens encompassed in the park are also spectacular.
The park is like a small paradise in the middle of the city, It's obviously very peaceful. It's indeed enjoyable to walk around the park, along the different paths and avenues or sitting on one of the benches contemplating the marvel resulting from that combination of nature and art including the beautiful birds living there. At the same time, one can fill his spirit with peace and breath the fragrance of the flowers. The visit of that place is thus highly recommended.
