Lost photos, rude staff, and no follow-through.
Lets Fly Paragliding Wilderness的点评
点评：I’m deeply frustrated with my experience. I did a paragliding flight in Wilderness, Garden Route in January. The photos from my flight were lost, and the lady who assisted me in Wilderness was extremely rude throughout the process.
After weeks of back-and-forth, we agreed on compensation: a VIP paragliding experience in Cape Town for me + a guest. I traveled to Cape Town specifically to redeem it. I’ve tried multiple times to finalise the booking but have been completely ghosted - zero response.
Being ignored after I flew here to claim what was promised is unprofessional and turned a bad situation into a worse one. At this point I don’t want the VIP flight anymore. Since the agreed compensation wasn’t honoured, I’m requesting an immediate refund for the original cost of the lost photo package.
I hope the company resolves this promptly.
