Lovely unless large girl groups in the cottages get smashed.

点评：Lovely welcome with Trevor, and excellent spa restaurant.
After that it’s questionable.
On arrival one of our rooms had been upgraded into, the receptionist told us this then backtracked.
This was then downgraded to a bed I wouldn’t fit in, followed by a change of room to the stable.
All good bar the 3 am party going no and musical rooms on the first night.
Breakfast disappointed, server was similar to the Haddock they had run out of and why I have no ideas as the Kedgeree was bland as unsalted butter on the second day.
This is when it hotted up, the houses were full of female groups. All of which liked the spa, and Prosecco in it.
This is fine until all the hotel guests and members decide to use it.
Then it becomes unbearable. Even reception said it has never been so busy.
Then the outfall is girls in their pyjamas in the bar getting cocktails supporting the ones being sick.
I did suggest to reception that it needs cleaning up but photos for authenticity.
