After visiting this safari park I can't say, "Lions and tigers and bears, oh my is a famous line from the Wizard of Ozz. But I can say Zebras, longhorns, and camels in Los Fresnos, Texas! This amazing park has been made possible from a couple who relocated to the RGV from upstate New York.
Also on this adventure tour you will delight in seeing frogs, goats, kangaroos, rattlesnakes, turtles, buffalo, and goats. Climb aboard the wagon ride and please stay seated as you are taken through the Texas field of roaming animals big and small On this thrilling tour ride you will be given feed to feed the small animals as well as the giant longhorns. Don't be afraid when one of the animals pokes its head in to get some of the pellets but do feed with caution. These are wildlife and not your neighborhood cat or dog. The ride is a couple of hours. Your tour guide will be happy to answer any questions about the animals. If you can't go to Africa you can go to this Fragile Planet Safari Park for an afternoon of excitement and education. Before you leave make sure to stop in the gift shop and purchase one the adorable stuffed animals to commemorate your excursion. Come one come all for a break from the usual beach day. You will be glad you did!
