Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication

点评：I recently tried to book a wedding at Backpit Brewery, attracted by its stunning location. Our initial meeting with Amy was great; she was friendly and very helpful, which left us feeling excited about the possibility of having our special day there. However, things quickly went downhill after that initial interaction.
Communication was incredibly slow, with delays in responses to emails that stretched on for days. Additionally, no one ever answered the phone when we tried to call, which made it extremely difficult to get any real-time answers or clarification. The pricing was also a major issue; it was unclear both in the initial literature provided and in subsequent phone conversations.
We attempted to organise a phone call to resolve these questions and concerns, but these requests were completely ignored. Eventually, we received an email stating they didn't feel they were the right "fit" for us. This was puzzling and frustrating, especially since my follow-up email asking for a call to discuss further was also ignored.
I even read back through my emails to make sure I hadn't said anything that could have been misinterpreted or offensive, but I found nothing that could explain their behavior. The whole experience left us feeling very disappointed and let down. It’s a shame because Backpit Brewery is a beautiful venue, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor communication overshadowed everything else.
Would not recommend based on our experience.
