点评：When passion meets compassion, and when you pour your soul into doing what you believe in, you get the world’s best elephant experience. The realization that the Karen people have synergistically existed with elephants for centuries brought to light the reality of how much exploitation occurs in the traditional elephant options in the Chiangmai regions. In complete contrast, here is a family that for seven generations, have been elephant keepers; and have with them, a family of elephants as part of their own family. Surrounded by other likeminded Karen, all living with elephants and sustaining themselves on local agriculture, it became obviously apparent to us, that these people were more vested in the wellbeing of elephants than any others. The caring, the compassion, the love, the respect, and the value placed on the freedom of the elephants create the most unique elephant experience you will likely see anywhere. This is not a zoo; this is not a circus; this is a living, breathing family, one half human, the other half pachyderm. If you want one elephant experience, this is it.
