Elephant Freedom Village的点评
点评：Best trip for an elephant lover. I‘d love to experience a family-owned and cared-for camp. (I have visited some other camp in the area before, which was more commercial , unnatural environment that I didn’t feel any connections between the elephants, and the staff). ou will also witness 3 generations of elephant family here, showcasing an unbreakable love bond. The village is nestled in the mountains, offering a more natural setting than a human-made camp. We embarked on a hike with the elephants to the river, where the waters are fresh. There are 2 baby elephants, 2 moms, 1 grandma elephant, and 2 male elephants. I spent good time to interact and hike with the elephants all the way from ground to the river. The owners family seem to be taking good care of them, which is why the elephants appear more vibrant and playful. The baby elephants just melt my heart! There are several programs available, including a comprehensive three-day and 1 month volunteer program. It’s an enriching experience that delves deeper into the culture and majestic elephants. I opted for a half-day tour due to my limited time here. Our guide, Chai, is knowledgable and caring, and the staff are equally sweet and fun to be around. Thank you for making my dreams come true. I will definitely return! This is an incredible place.
