If you had to drive up the Exit road to get in, no-one would ever visit!

点评：We visited here on a fine sunny afternoon, lured in by the Guardian's description of it as 'one of Scotland's hidden gems' (I'll be having words with the Guardian later...).
We paid our £21.80 - we are a retired, but luckily non-disabled couple. We were handed a map and directed to the car park.
All our attempts to follow the map met with utter frustration, as it had obviously been drawn in a twee and whimsical manner by someone who had read Lord of the Rings but had never actually visited Jupiter Artland. As we blundered blindly around the largely unsignposted walks and paths, we met various other similarly lost and puzzled visitors, all asking each other which way they should go. Many routes end in 'CLOSED', 'KEEP OUT', 'DO NOT ENTER' signs. The paths are long, winding, often rocky, and there are no seats anywhere, except for one by the duck pond.
The Dovecot garden and Cells of Life are memorable. The Duck Pond is made lovely by the presence of the swans and moorhens with their young. The few 'petting corner' animals (pygmy goats, donkey and pony) are sweet.
But the rest of the place is a cynical, money-making rip off. The art installations (eg WYRD) are dystopian and definitely for an adult audience, which is NOT indicated. The tiled pool is a WTF joke. The café is obviously oversubscribed (few staff, queues of customers), prices are astronomical, picnics forbidden!! I foolishly paid £3.50 for a miniscule tub of 'strawberry' ice-cream which proved to taste of, er, nothing at all.
.... And the Exit route is over a mile of hard core, rocks and potholes, easily capable of seriously damaging any standard vehicle, WITH NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE AND NO WARNING GIVEN.
Visit at your peril.

但这个地方的其他地方简直就是玩世不恭、为了赚钱的骗局。艺术装置（例如WYRD）反乌托邦，而且绝对针对成年人，但这并没有明确指出。瓷砖泳池简直就是个笑话。咖啡馆显然人满为患（员工寥寥，顾客排长队），价格高得离谱，还禁止野餐！！我愚蠢地花了3.5英镑买了一小罐“草莓”冰淇淋，结果发现，呃，一点味道都没有。
……出口路线长达一英里，遍布坚硬的岩石和坑洼，很容易严重损坏任何标准车辆，而且没有其他路线，也没有任何警告。
前往此地风险自负。
