点评：In addition to more famous works like Falling Water, Frank Lloyd Wright-designed numerous "Usonian" homes that were intended for more ordinary people. This particular one was owned by an Oberlin history professor who had more modest means than other FLW clients, but was exceptional in her own way. You would have wanted to be a student invited into the home.
If you are interested in Frank Lloyd Wright, this is an excellent attraction as it is a very well-preserved Usonian home and has been renovated back to its original appearance. It is not completely unlike a 1950s ranch, but with unique FLW elements.
If you are not, you might find it modestly interesting, but questioning what all the fuss is about.
This is now owned by Oberlin College, but the hours are extremely limited to a few times on weekends, and only during part of the year. They let you walk around the house with little supervision. Unfortunately, there is little to no overlap with the hours of the small but excellent Allen Memorial Library at the edge of the Oberlin campus, which is very much worth a visit in its own right.
