Disappointing 40th birthday treat

点评：I took my mum and my sister for a special spa day for my sister's 40th birthday. I had received really lovely treatment previously and had highly recommended the spa by Kasia.
Since booking three spa days, I found out I was pregnant. I let the spa know prior to my visit and they advised a massage would not be suitable which I understood. They offered me a manicure instead of advised me to change the date of my booking until I was further in my pregnancy, this didn't really seem reasonable. (I already get my nails done and had regularly had them done so didn't need them doing, I wasn't going to take my current nails off for a manicure).
On the day, the pool area was very busy with no free beds. The heated 'dark room' was barely lukewarm. There were only four beds in a relaxing room but two were usually taken so my party of three either had to split up or go elsewhere.
For my treatment the lady said she could only do me a facial. I thought I would at least get a head neck and shoulder massage as couldn't see any risk with this. My facial started late and finished early. There was a period of 10-15 minutes where the lady had me lying there with something on my face. It was awkward and silent and I feel the time definitely could have been used better.
My mum had recently had cataracts operation and so was offered a head neck and shoulder massage instead of a back massage.
I provided feedback afterwards and the spa manager was condescending.
Lunch was ok but very small portions and came half an hour late.
For the price I think you can definitely find a better spa.

我妈妈最近刚做完白内障手术，所以她安排我做头颈肩按摩，而不是背部按摩。
之后我向水疗中心经理反馈了情况，结果经理很傲慢。
午餐还可以，但份量很少，而且晚了半个小时。
就这个价格而言，我觉得你肯定能找到更好的水疗中心。
