Please don't sell yourself as a bilingual resort when you aren't

点评：This was my first experience visiting the resort. I've written on Google Maps my review of how disappointing my booking process was. Management have replied they are always striving for excellence in customer service. I have to question this statement as if that was the case you would ensure you have bilingual French/English attendants handling your bookings. It took three individuals when we checked in to find my booking. It was the while G vs J French thing. I tried explaining the situation to the person I was talking to but it was useless, she didn't understand. Once we were in the spa we enjoyed ourselves. My partner and I had the best facials. Sadly, we couldn't communicate with the lady giving us the treatment. We couldn't understand each other. The card suggesting daily routines was useless as it was all in French. We loved the bistro. Our food was delicious and was presented by a very friendly server who could communicate with us in English. Bottom line, our overall review of the spa is positive. We just want to comment that for someone expecting to experience the spa in English, it's not going to happen until management changes their hiring process. Good luck to our American friends wanting to enjoy the facility. Please don't sell yourself as a French/English facility when you aren't!!! It's just that simple. As far as adding photos to this review. You can't have your phone with you in the resort, so unless you break the rules, there will be no pictures. We met a one time customer who has been banned from the spa due to breaking the no talking rule. That's a different conversation for another time!
