A Great Culinary Evening in Kerry!

点评：During our annual trip to visit family in Kerry, we were treated to an exceptional cooking class with Mark. Mark’s warm welcome and enthusiasm set the tone for the evening from the moment the six of us arrived. As our host and chef, he guided us through an 'entertaining' themed menu with his impressive cooking skills and genuine passion for food.
First, we were treated to a delicious flatbread starter and a great introduction to choosing and tailoring recipes for entertaining. We were treated to fantastic hake and chicken dishes for the main course, each bursting with flavor. Mark provided countless tips and techniques throughout the class that will undoubtedly enhance our skills. Mark was also very responsive during his demonstrations and eagerly answered our many questions.
To cap off the meal, we enjoyed a refreshing strawberry panna cotta that was the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The entire evening was a testament to Mark’s incredible talent and teaching ability, and he made complex techniques accessible and fun.
We loved every minute of the class and plan to take another one of Mark’s cooking classes next year. If you have a passion for food, this is an experience not to be missed! We highly recommend it!
