Failed moose tour!

点评：We booked a four hour van tour looking to see our first Trip started fine, our tour guide Tim was very nice and informative. One hour into our tour, Tim drove down a road he said he had not gone down this year. A few minutes later, our van was stuck in sand. For the next two hours, the guests on the van gathered rocked, dug out the wheels and tried to get us out of the sand, after two hours of being stuck , Tim finally radioed for help. (There was no cell service). Another hour passed as Tim continued trying to rock the van out of the sand as we inched closer and closer to the drop off on the side of the road. By now it is dark as a truck from the lodge showed up and after a couple of tries was able to get the van out. We were driven back to the lodge fate being stuck for over three hours. Ironically, on the ride back to the lodge, I got a text asking for a review of the trip. I said I felt we were due a refund. To date, I have not heard anything on my request. Disappointed that we didn’t see a moose, but more disappointed at the companies lack of response.
