They took our money and won't refund it.We weren't allowed to enter the park even though last entry was4pm&we arrived B4

They ruined my honeymoon/family vacation. We were in town one day and I bought tickets online. There was a car accident that made us have to take a detour so we were later arriving than expected, we got to the gate at 3:59, one car ahead of us blocked the gate and they wouldn't move out of the way until 4:00 &the gates started closing. We called the help desk and they said oh well you're late we can't let you in. I was there before 4 o clock! Your gates cut me off before I could get the truck through the gate and I was essentially told f you. They said we can't let you in it's after 4. And even better customer service yet, they refused a refund at all.
We're from out of town, and will never be back here to use the tickets. So I just was taken for $60 they won't refund. my honeymoon is ruined, and by 3year old is crying not understanding why we can't go in after we promised him we would.That was beyond messed up and you can't imagine the pain im feeling right now dealing with a heartbroken child and mourning that my only honeymoon will forever be tainted by this experience. Absolutely disgusting how that woman answering your phone handled this.
