点评：Highly recommend Discreet Scotland Tours. Found their webpage online, reviewed their offerings and reached out to the Company regarding the Highlands Glencoe tour. Booked and paid for the tour online. Prior to leaving for Scotland, reconfirmed the tour. Two days before the tour Discreet Scotland reached out to confirm. On the day of our tour our guide Ken met us at our hotel at the appointed time and we headed out.
On our way to Glencoe, we stopped at several loch’s, lookout’s and Trossach’s Wollen Mill to feed the Highland Cattle, a real treat for my wife. Having conveyed to Ken we enjoyed photography he made sure to stop at picturesque spots throughout the day. Just before Glencoe, we turned off at Glen Etive and took the road back into the valley. There was a light shower / mist and the first dusting of snow on the peaks had fallen the night before. Some of the most beautiful, peaceful country we have traveled to. We stopped for lunch at Clachaig Inn and returned to Edinburgh with additional stops along the way.
Ken is very personable, interacting with all of us, answered our questions about the area and what we saw, educated us on Scottish history as we toured the countryside and even took us by Ardoch Estate, the site of a Roman Fort. This was a very relaxing day that brought a lifetime memory. Thank you, Ken and Discreet Scotland.
