Bad experience with return car
Top Rent A Car Burgas的点评
点评：We have been renting with top cars for years Sofia Varna but this time we rented via the office at the airport Burgas
Pick up was ok but return … still feel like the whole thing was a set up to make quick extra money may be the staf get’s extra pay
When we drove in the parking this girl came up to us (was someone before us ) took the keys told us go go go into the office a bit rude from a distance saw her checking the car which is ok but then she like lay on the ground checking under the doors car
In the office the guy was nice helpful all was ok and then the girl came in talked to the guy and said to us lots of scratches under the car door and said we had to pay a fee
We had insurance but she said any damage is covered but an admin fee had to be paid
We asked to see the damage but she waived it a away and said car now gone for cleaning
It was not much 50 euro but feels not ik how it was handled
And she was really very rude christana kuncheva was her name when you work with people customers always stay friendly

我们有保险，但她说任何损坏都在保险范围内，但需要支付一笔管理费。
我们要求查看损坏情况，但她摆摆手，说车现在送去清洗了。
费用不多，只有50欧元，但感觉处理方式不太妥当。
而且她的态度真的非常恶劣。她的名字叫克里斯蒂娜·昆切娃，和顾客打交道时，她总是很友好。
