Take care if you travel by car and plan to stay more than 70 min in the park ....

点评：We visited the castle park today with a friend and had a lovely day, paying €4 per person for entry. However, we later learned that this charming town has a well-organized parking scam, which effectively limits a park visit to a maximum of 70 minutes. After 90 minutes, a parking fine of €25 is issued.
What was supposed to be a relaxing day turned into a thoroughly frustrating experience, leaving us in a bad mood instead. We had originally planned to enjoy a coffee and some cake after our visit, but due to the extreme “friendliness” of the parking attendants, we decided to leave and will avoid this place in the future. We certainly won’t recommend it to any tourists—now or ever. Even on Sundays, visitors are shamelessly overcharged.
You’re better off visiting some other castles ..... avoid Laxenburg.
