Enjoyed experience but it can be better

I always enjoy the park. I love the wave pool and mat slide. If they ever close the mat slide and Kahuna I probably would not go back. This last trip I did very much enjoy myself but I was very disappointed to see that 2 water slides were closed: the tube slide needed a new pump and torpedo rush was closed. I was only able to attend once this summer and wish they would post such ride closings on the site so that I could have gone a different day when they were open. Also the rollercoaster Hellcat has been closed down from what I was told permanently bc it was very old. It was my favorite ride along with the super shot which was also closed down. I was extremely disappointed to see my two favorite rides shut down as well as my 2nd favorite water ride Torpedo Rush not working. I was also disappointed in the fact that they are supposed to be open til 9PM on Fridays and they closed a few minutes early so I could not get my last ride in. This is unacceptable. I still very much had a great time and would go again but I hope the new owner gets some sense and closes at the posted time or even extends the close time to 10pm on Fri Sat and Sun as well as adds a new Super Shot ride as well as a large wooden safe working rollercoaster. Then I may get the season pass like I used to a few yrs ago before the bankruptcy shut down. I had more fun before that occurred. It has gone from an 8 to a 6 stars out of 10 for me personally.
