点评：We stayed and in fact are still here at the Hotel Africa, we will be here for two nights. It is like going to Fawlty Towers, customer service is non existent. Some staff are helpful but the majority of staff are rude, unhelpful and go out of their way to make sure you are not happy. We got 3 blankets for two rooms which we had two adults 3 children, the night was rather cold so we asked for more blankets as the blankets are very thin. This was taken as an insult and almost had them shoved down my throat, when I inquired why no internet in the room I was told there was none and when I said I was sold the room with internet and I needed it for work because phone doesn't work in the rooms, I was told nothing they could do. No hot water and although Colombians are used to this I'm English and I'm used to my hot water.
The name should be changed to Hotel Karen, but if you want to have the African experience come here.
I would not recommend staying here park was really good, food terrible. They do have tourist guide which are cheap and well recommended.
