点评:I have just left Anna Tasca Lanza’s Olive Oil week. The week was magical. The highlight is the group that came together as a family thanks to the beautiful leadership of Viviana, Luisa and Leah. There were 13 of us - 3 solo women, 3 couples and a group of 4 women - celebrating various milestones most notably a 40th, 50th and 60th birthday. I think we would all say the experience was fabulous. Leah is an extraordinary chef long with the team at Tasca Lanza. From homemade bread to cookies to tarts, jams, butter, soups to the warmth and intelligence of Luisa and Viviana - it was magical. The setting is breathtaking. We picked olives, made cheese, made olive oil, met the most passionate farmers, shepherds, learned some new recipes, exchanged stories and recipes, created a group chat with the hope of visiting each other in the future. Every detail was planned with such love and care. I am truly grateful to have had this experience and to have met such wonderful humans. Highly recommend.
