Maisan provincial park 2025 update
Maisan Mountain的点评
点评：Maisan provincial park is a jam of a park! We did it as a day trip from Jeonju.
After much search I cloud not find an updated schedule on the direct bus to the park entrance, so we took a taxi which amounted to 50,000 Won, taking about 50 minutes. This allowed us to get to the southern entrance by 10ish am. Did the track that crosses the mountain pair, passing through the temples that lay in the valley between the two peaks. We scaled the western peak and went on towards the northern entrance (there’s a small park and some kind of business area with some cafes and restaurants).
On the way back to Jeonju we walked to the jinan bus terminal (about 2 kilometers on paved roads and side walks) and took the bus back. As of September 2025 the bus runs from 6:30 am to 20:00 in changing intervals of 20-40 minutes.
The park is super nice and quiet with plenty to see and do. It is quite challenging to scale the peaks but the route is well marked and definitely worth the climb. Washrooms are available at the entrances.

公园非常漂亮安静，有很多可看可玩的地方。攀登山峰颇具挑战性，但路线标记清晰，绝对值得一攀。入口处设有洗手间。
