Worst booking advisor i've come across

Cant even make a booking as you need to have 20 as a minimum. Advisor was very un helpful and we explained that we could only do one day as family and friends where traveling from Europe. Kept saying that if there is enough people then the trip would be cancelled and we could re arrange the date. - Rearrange the date no possible again did not listen. No where on the voucher that we paid for does it say that you need to have a minimum of 20 people. Also, said that if there is not enough people then we would not get a refund - again not or fault. Not told this either. The voucher that we purchased is only for 10 people so again if you have ten people and there is not another 10 you will be a looser. We explained that we could not commit to a further date for it to be deferred. Agent refused to listen to it.
