点评：Planning was awful, we booked a group party for 18 with 300 balls each, we were told when we got there they ran out of the bags of 300 and we were given bags of 500 to share between them, resulting in some of the party having more than others, if you could see a large party was booked then make sure you have the correct amount balls thats been paid for.
also timing needs to be addressed, we were told to arrive by 12.30 but didn't start the game till 1.15-1.30 due to briefing and safety talk... lots of waiting around and poor planning once again.. suggestion why not do the briefing during the game, customers are playing before the next lot goes in.. saving time.
Will not be booking again, i hope the issues will be rectified for the future as it is a shame that the overall staff and planning of the facility let it down.
