Avoid at all costs - total scam!!!!

点评：The session was booked over a month prior to session for 10 people. The booking was confirmed. However 4 days before session was due, received text asking to contact urgently. So, during call we're told that session could not take place as we did not have enough people, and they were unwilling to open for 10 (we were not told at booking, payment or at confirmation that there was number limit/requirement. Nor as far as I am aware is this information written within their terms and conditions). They stated that if we wanted to proceed that we would have to book it as private session and pay £30 per person on top of what already paid, or join another group on another day. We were unable to do another day due to short notice and already paid travel expenses etc due to participants within group travelling from different areas/long distances etc. Therefore, they stated that there was nothing they could do. They were reluctant to give refund, but did agree eventually after another phone call. However, we are still waiting for said refund!!!
This company is totally unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to even consider them as an option for paintballing experience. My advice: save your money for friendlier, safer and more professional customer focused company and definitely avoid thisone at all costs!
