点评：The historic Butte Theater team has struck another gold mine. We went to see the opening performance of Thin Air Theater’s “Spamalot” on October 4th, and from the moment we walked in, we knew it was gonna be a fun evening. The smell of freshly popped popcorn immediately hit our senses, then, after walking upstairs, the smiling faces on the ticket office staff made everyone feel welcome. The other thing that stood out was that many of the actors were the ones serving snacks and making drinks. (We loved that!) Then, as we walked into the seating auditorium, 4 members of the cast (in costume and wearing beautiful smiles) offered us a program and escorted us to our seats. Everything was perfect to this point in our evening. Although we hoped the great beginning was going to continue, we had no real idea just how much better things were gonna get. With some safety reminders; special thanks to the theater donors; and a wonderful tribute to veterans, the Theater Manager kicked off the curtain opening and wow…the fun began. From the beginning to end, Spamalot had everyone laughing, singing, or clapping with the amazing group of talented actors. If I had to choose one word for our evening at the Butte Theater, it was wonderful. How wonderful some people might ask…well…we bought tickets to go see the same Play in 2 days. It was that good!
