Excellent views but be prepared to climb lots and lots of stairs

点评：Easiest and cheapest way to get here is to take either Line 4 or Line 5 to Nammen Station on the Suzhou Subway. Exit via Exit 7 and you should be looking at a main street with a Mcdonald's and a Subway on the other side. Turn to your left and walk down the street, coming to Dong Da Jie after approximately 200 metres. Turn left into Dong Da Jie and keep walking for another 5 minutes, and you should be near the entrance of Pan Men Gate.
Admission is RMB40 (approx. USD $7), place is open between 0830hrs till 2100hrs. This place is not as big when compared with The Humble Administrator's Garden, but is definitely worth a visit. The pagoda located within the landmark is accessible to public, unlike the one at Tiger Hill, which was off-limits to non-working personnel.
Entrance into the Auspicious Light Pagoda required a separate payment of RMB6 (approx. USD $1). Note: The ascent to the top of the pagoda can be quite difficult if you are big in body size. I kept bumping my head and shoulders against the really low beams and really had to squeeze to get through some very narrow spaces. Basically, if you are over 175cm tall (approx. 5' 10"), it's going to be hard. I'm about 6' 3". If you however manage to get to the top, the full 360 degree unblocked view is worth the hassle.
Other than the death-trap pagoda, the rest of the area is worth exploring, looking at the lakes, flowers and old fortresses that were built during The Three Kingdoms period. One thing to note is that exploring this place involves a lot of stair climbing, so wear comfortable walking shoes. The picturesque views from the top of the fortress walls are worth the trouble. As this place is open till later, there's no need to rush here early in the day, you can plan to come visit this place later in the afternoon, when it is not that hot.
