点评：We attended a Beautiful Noise performance. The performance was great, but there is little to no provisions at this venue for handicapped patrons. Two of the three of our party had mobility issues. We arrived early to get better parking but were directed to the closest handicapped parking 1/4 mile from the facility on the 3rd level of a $15 parking garage and had to walk in from there. No shuttles or golf carts to assist the handicapped. There were many other patrons with the same parking and accessibility issues. Once you get inside, there were few ramps and lots of stairs to reach our seats. There were no nearby restrooms to our seating area. You were forced to walk all the way around the facility to find the one restroom on our floor. The ones there were are small and had long lines for both male and female patrons. My wife got one of the listening devices which was not actually attached to their lanyard so it kept falling on the floor. This is a very beautiful facility with so much potential - unless you have mobility or other disability issues. We probably will have to weigh any future event carefully before going back. The best suggestion I can make for others with mobility issues is to use a driver service that can get you near the front doors to drop you off and pick you up later. If you are self-driving, it will be a long walk or wheelchair ride to your parking location.
