点评：If you're looking for a unique and memorable winter activity near Vail or Beaver Creek, Bearcat Stables' sleigh ride is an absolute must! Just 20 minutes from these Vail & Beaver Creek, this experience is a journey through Colorado’s winter wonderland.
The 30-minute sleigh ride winds through picturesque, snow-covered landscapes, and our 4:30 time slot made it even more special. There were eight of us, and as if planned by nature itself, it started snowing during our ride. To top it off, we spotted a herd of 12-15 elk, making the adventure unforgettable. The staff at Bearcat Stables are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating details about the area's history and wildlife throughout the experience.
The horses are beautiful and clearly well-cared for, and everyone in our group loved the opportunity to pet them. After the ride, we gathered around a rustic outdoor fireplace to roast marshmallows, enjoy hot chocolate, warm adult drinks, and take in the mountain ambiance.
Bearcat Stables also offers a sleigh ride and dinner combo, but it was fully booked during our visit. If you're interested, be sure to reserve in advance to secure your spot—it’s a popular option for good reason!
