点评：As others have noted - there isn't the polished experience here of some of the other Newport properties. And the audio QR somehow put a virus on my phone that has taken me 2 weeks to mostly eradicate. GRRR. Never did get that part of the tour. The docents are kind and helpful, but sometimes a little limited. I did not mind that stylistically the house is a bit of a hodge podge - it reflects the owner and to me that is a plus. But, absent the audio and being left to glean what one could from the signage, you struggled a bit for the complete experience. For such a large place, you see a limited number of (huge) rooms. It is priced on par with the other Newport properties, and I would say still worth it for the relatively contemporary history and the architecture. Too bad you don't seem to be able to access the archway bridge - that would have been cool.
