Disappointing which is unusual!!!

点评：We encouraged friends to join us at Glenham Hall singing the praises of MH experience
We were so disappointed! Too many people were on it. So as usual lovely warm welcome from Team members friendly and knowledgeable. Having been split into two groups we were kept together in our groups the whole evening so we could not carry out our own investigations, or wander where we might have been successful I reckon the spirits were intimidated by the sheer amount of people present in the group the noise was too much from the group.
Carrying out an ouija board investigation in a cramped corridor was not great and not enjoyable! Having been to Gressenhall and being allowed to wander and carry out your own investigations was fantastic! This event was so disappointing and having said how great MH were to our friends on this occasion we had to not only apologise to them but eat our words. Please less is better. I understand you have overheads and areas where people are not allowed but please then tell us where these areas are don’t herd us
