Excellent weekend plus Big 5 completed

点评：Stayed 2 nights with extended family a baby and a dog !
Younger ones (30’s) did the Big 5 which they all found exciting and challenging. Abseiling and gorge walking getting 10/10. ( You do need to be reasonably fit to do all 5 though).
Great instruction.
Hot tubs were all up to temp and ready when we arrived which was lovely and there were plenty of logs provided. We had 2 lodges (4&6) which worked well for us but living area is tight if it rains as it did for us. For couples it’s double bunk beds so quite intimate!
Loved the cafe - excellent breakfast. Enjoyed dinner in the pub but you need to book early if a big group. We did drive as couldn’t face the uphill return journey on dark winding road with a push chair. Not an issue later in the year as the lodges have good bbq stuff and perfect for dinner outside !

很喜欢咖啡馆——早餐很棒。在酒吧享用了晚餐，但如果人多的话，需要提前预订。我们选择开车前往，因为实在不想推着婴儿车走回程的黑暗蜿蜒山路。不过，到了晚些时候就不是问题了，因为小木屋里有很棒的烧烤用具，非常适合在户外用餐！
