点评：Worst service in my life, specially this person in photograph very unprofessional and inconsiderate. My first experience is not bad, masseuse is excellent and the lady in the counter is very polite and helpful. Thats why I booked 2nd time after a week, 7:30pm. The guy in the picture called me in my room that I should arrived atleast 15mins before my scheduled time, but I arrived 5mins before my scheduled time. He lectured me that I should be atleast 15mins before my scheduled time, I apologized for I just arrived 5mins before agreed scheduled time. What makes me more disappointed was, they started my massage passed 20mins of our agreed scheduled time, i waited almost half an hour to start in which, he almost scolded me thay i didn't arrived 15mins before my scheduled time, which he could be considerate because atleast I am 5mins earlier than my scheduled time slot and also the room is not ready/available yet. But atleast the masseuse are really good and relaxed my body and mind. And adding for more disappointment during my third booking physically in the boutique this man in the picture again, I asked for reservation for 7pm saturday, which he said is available, he even asked my room no. In the hotel. Assuming that my reservation is okay since my reservation on my 1st and 2nd booking is okay and smooth (the girl whom i talked with not him). When I came to the botique 20mins before scheduled time to not repeat the scolding that i didn't arrived atleast 15mins scheduled time. In my surprised, the girl in the counter informed me that he didn't confirm my reservation and no scheduled was booked in my name. I already planned my time i refuse some invitations and re scheduled appointments. I paid the services i am being polite to them, why this person in the picture is so much harsh and unprofessional toward me? He ruined my days, he makes my inner peace disturbed.
