Fantastic campsites.
Willow River State Park的点评
点评：We spent a night here on a roadtrip in our van. Selected it last minute while tooling around in Stillwater across the Mississippi River.
We stayed in the 100 section of the park. The sites were well spaced out and even better were bordered on most sides by dense shrubs allowing for more privacy and less noise or light spillover from other campers. Generators are not allowed here—a huge plus for those who like to enjoy the great outdoors when they camp!
Bathhouse very tidy and stocked.
The next morning we rode our bikes down a gravel road to the trailhead leading to the falls. It was a steep road down and steep stairs up to the overlook. As we were heading out, the day parking lot to the falls had filled up around 11 am so arrive early if you’re a weekend day tripper.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would come again for a longer stay as there are several days worth of activities here.
