Calabash Fishing Fleet的点评
点评：Signed up for a specialty trip. I specifically told booking agent I wanted a boat 15 to 20 people, ended up on a head boat with 40 people. Specialty bait was cut sardines, if you wanted shrimp it was $6 more per carton holdings about 12. Did not catch any big fish like they show in the pictures, two of us ended up with total of seven barely legal black sea bass which we could have caught off any head boat. Had two mates, one worked hard , second acted like afraid to touch fish. Fishing equipment was in poor condition. First rod reel was loose. Mate said it's okay reel won't fall off, but did bring a different rod with another loose reel. Second mate came buy and thightened it with his plyers. Captain Spanky took us to 4 spots. Spent 1/2 hour at each whether catching fish or not. When we unloaded we were told what a great trip it was and how many fish we caught. There were people walking off with no fish, think one person had eight, that was the most any one caught on the boat. Largest catch of the Day was a robin fish which probably did not weigh 3 pounds. This was not our first trip so I knew to avoid a head boat but that's what we got. Would not recommend this trip to anyone.
