点评:We had an amazing day doing the making Artisan Bread course held by Mike and Marcella and hosted by Angela. We have to thank Angela as she honoured our course places as it was brought pre- Covid.
TBH , the bread making course was not our number 1 choice but we are so glad we went. The cottage is so rustic and lovely and Angela was the perfect hostess. Mike and Marcella were so patient and encouraging as we tackled 4 different breads . They both were very informative and forthcoming with handy tips to aid us as future bakers.
We had a break for a a lovely lunch with 3 natural coffee breaks when our breads were baking.
We had a great, friendly group from all walks of life with 2 men -including me- and 4 women who all interacted together. Go expecting to get your hands wet and sticky as it is not just a demonstration and you take home your 4 self- made breads.
Thoroughly recommended for an alternative experience.
