Beautiful Location, Disappointing Service for Families

点评：The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled near the lake with a beautiful, serene environment. The cosy seating makes it a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings. However, despite the inviting atmosphere, our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to the service.
The staff were not particularly welcoming or accommodating, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. There was little effort to create a warm or family-friendly experience, and interactions felt rushed rather than inviting. A key issue was the children’s menu—not only was half of it unavailable until noon, but this was only communicated at the time of ordering, which made things difficult for families with young children. Clearer communication and a more considerate approach would have made a big difference.
While the setting itself is wonderful, the overall experience is let down by service that does not match the location’s potential. Families looking for a welcoming and accommodating spot may want to consider this before visiting.
